Aida believes the practice of Pilates is life changing. She began her personal Pilates journey after using the Pilates Method to help her recover from breast cancer surgeries and treatment. Pilates helped her regain the strength, energy, and confidence her active lifestyle as a corporate executive, spouse, and mother of young kids demanded. Upon experiencing Pilates for herself, she decided to get certified as a classical Pilates instructor to be able to help others. Aida’s positive energy and enthusiasm for Pilates overflows in her teaching. With an eye for detail and form, she inspires her students with an energetic and powerful workout. Aida enjoys working with people recovering from injuries or living with chronic conditions. Her goal is to promote a positive, healthy, mind-body connection through the practice of Pilates. “Everybody can practice Pilates. The method is flexible to accommodate all fitness levels, personal objectives, and needs.”
